Ordaining Bishops

Church Laws requires that the principal Bishop (Warfel) be joined by at least two consecrating Bishops to celebrate a valid ordination of a new Bishop. Archbishop Alexander Sample from the Archdiocese of Portland and Bishop Austin Vetter from the Diocese of Helena, filled those roles.
