“Mary Queen of Peace Church had such a successful St. Valentine’s Day fundraiser the last two years that it is bringing it back,” says Matt Low, the parish business administrator of Mary Queen of Peace Church . “Just like with the last two years, we want to stick with a very classy St. Valentine’s Day dinner and dance theme – and this year will feature the popular local country/blue grass band ‘Spur of the Moment.’ The response was phenomenal the last two years and we are expecting an even bigger response this year.” The delicious dinner and festive dance event benefits Mary Queen of Peace parish ministries.
The dinner and festive dance will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Double Tree Hotel downtown (formally the Crowne Plaza) beginning at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails, dinner and dancing will go on until 11:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person or $600 for a table of nine. Price includes steak dinner, dancing, door prizes and more. The dinner dance fundraiser is open to anyone looking for a great St. Valentine’s Day celebration.
