Celebrating Bishop Fleming Becoming the 8th Bishop of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings

Both Bishop Mike and Bishop Jeff along with help from Great Falls Central Catholic High School students and youth from our parishes help dish out the longest banana split in Great Falls.

There was plenty of food and fellowship outside at St Ann’s Cathedral as we celebrated the important transition of our bishops.

On Sunday, August 27th, at St. Ann’s Cathedral in Great Falls, the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings celebrated Evening Prayer to mark the transition of pastoral care of the diocese from Bishop Emeritus Warfel to Bishop Fleming. Evening prayer was followed by a meal and backyard party with both bishops helping dish out the longest banana split in Great Falls.
